The galvanizing bath of size 12Mtr length x 1Mtr width and 1.2 depth is one of the best sophisticated plant in India with automatic CNC control machines and galvanizing plant.
The Process of Hot Dip Galvanisation is done with the Zinc Bath of Size 11.2 mtr x 0.9 mtr x 1.1 mtr depth & 1mtr x 1mtr x 0.75 mtr depth with oil fired furnace and ancillary facilities to ensure the Zinc coating exactly to the extent as specified by the Indian Standard specification and other international Standard Specification.

In case of Sub-Station right from Engineering, all civil construction work, Structural Erection, Electrical Equipment Erection, including Erection of Transformer & Breakers, Construction of Cable Trench, Preparation of Cable Schedule, Cabling, Erection of Panels & Cable termination, Commissioning of Sub-Station on Turnkey basis. Company is also executing entire Cabling work, with supply of Cable Trays & Racks in 4×150 MW Upper Indravati Hydroelectric Project in Odisha.The Company has got adequate Equipment Machineries, Tools & Tackles, Vehicles, Excavator etc. to carryout such work. The Company have German make Stringing Machine for Stringing of Conductor.
